Hi Mya...
How do you plant Sarah Bernhardt peonies by paying attention to the planting time? I suggest you plant them in the fall, from late September to early October. How to plant this plant:
1. prepare the soil with good drainage, such as organic matter.
2. choose a sunny location or at least be exposed to sunlight for 6 hours daily.
3. prepare a planting hole twice as large as the root ball.
4. Plant the soil by pressing it a little and then compacting it with watering.
5. do maintenance by fertilizing and watering regularly.

I have this plant, and it thrives in my backyard. I always use one part perlite and one part organic matter like peat moss or coco peat to keep the nutrients flowing.

Despite what many people say, I don't think it's that hard to grow Sarah Bernhardt peonies!
To get enormous, gorgeous growth, plant it in full sun instead of shadow, in well-draining soil, avoid too-wet soil, and give it three to four feet of space.
